Refund/Cancellation Policy
Shoals Game Room, LLC does not refund purchased event slots. We do understand that life happens and if you can't make your event for any reason, we will work with you to re-schedule your event on another date and time at no additional cost to you. This policy is discussed between all parties before booking.
